Wednesday, July 19, 2006 ::: AND IT'S GONNA BE ALRIGHT... I had a very very very bad dream. That includes some shedding of tears, and maybe even some blood, I'm not so sure. Nothing gruesome, but the ultimate horror - I was thirsty tired exhausted crying for help heart broken devastated worthless shattered wanting for nothing but something that's almost like salvation... And it was almost like dying too. The kind of bad dream you have that the moment you wake up you go 'oh shit' then 'thank God it's only a dream' and then you sleep on and the dream never ends. And it's all too real. It's so real that I have to figure out whether it has any implication on real life. On real situations. On real problems. If anything can give me some comfort today perhaps it's Jewel. It's bittersweet and I love it. Didn't like it so much until I saw the video today. Watch her 'Good Day' video here. You're just 2 clicks away. And you can listen to Fergie's London Bridges (Oh Shit) and The Killers' When You Were Young on AOL too. You're about to hear some hot hot hot stuff. Seriously, The Killers' new tune can be 2006's best song. No kidding. It's that good. It's definitely a better version of Mr. Brightside to me and that's good enough. They haven't lost their Killers sound, it's uplifting, the chorus just blows you away, and the middle eight is stomping, and it's too amazing to describe. But forget what I said, you don't need that to appreciate this track. Get back and tell me you love it afterwards. They're rebuilding their website too. At least the stars are bright... And because of that very bad dream there's something I originally wanted to post here but I dare not. I've thought about it, I really wanted to post it, but this world sucks so I'd just keep it to myself for now.
